Search "BlackBerry" (never bothered with any other terms). Click on edit it the tool bar and then Find. I always had to manually remove entries in the Windows Registry (not the "C" drive).

But maybe it would today, doesn't hurt to try.

Since this malfunctioning, I can't install any bar files or anything. I took the risk of losing important and fundamental process files associated with the OS by deleting the files from system disk but no luck so far. No such directories with these terms are no more present in my computer, despite the BlackBerry desktop software is not getting installed and repeating the same message "you have the latest software installed". Posted via CB10You have to get the drivers working and the PC recognizing the phone for tethering to work. Posted a forum but nothing could happen, tried suggested uninstalled but no help thus far. I attached my device and it showed that drivers are needed to be installed, I did as asked but no luck and it's been more than two weeks now that I can't install any bar files (dbbt and chrome extension helpless). It didn't install, said that you've already the latest version of link, blend. Then downloaded the latest software from BlackBerry official website, tried to install it and that's where I found the biggest mistake of my life, that's to say, my time with BlackBerry altogether.
